Each structure was meticulously crafted to stand out and provide an engaging, branded environment that drew attendees in and highlighted our clients’ products in the best possible light.
Here’s a look at some of our favorite custom tents we crafted for this year’s Sea Otter Classic:
Custom Storefront Tents With Conference Rooms for Schwalbe
At the 2024 Sea Otter Classic, Schwalbe showcased an enhanced booth featuring a trio of TentCraft's MONARCHSTOREFRONTs for a prominent display alongside top brands. The front provided ample space for product demonstrations, while a private meeting area was set up in the back with a 10x20 MONARCHTENT for deeper customer engagements.
Addressing last year's layout challenges, Schwalbe incorporated printed walls to create secluded back office rooms, improving interaction quality. The setup was accentuated with towering MONARCHFLAGS, ensuring visibility. Schwalbe, known for durable, high-performance bicycle tires, effectively secured the booth nightly with custom-printed tent walls, maintaining readiness for each expo day.
Custom 10x20 Pop-Up Tent for BikeFlights
The bike shipping experts at BikeFlights centered their Sea Otter activation around a 10x20 MONARCHTENT that couldn't be missed thanks to a trio of peak flags.

Kenetik’s Ultimate Beverage Sampling Activation
Kenetik introduced its custom 10x10 pop-up tent, designed specifically for beverage sampling, as part of its latest activation by TentCraft. The specialty health beverage company, known for its brain-boosting ketones, opted for TentCraft’s robust 10x10 MONARCHTENT, which was equipped with wooden counters and branded half-walls to facilitate an engaging and functional sampling experience.
To maximize their 10x20 booth space, Kenetik arranged a quartet of mightyTABLES for additional display and interaction areas, centered around a custom-printed umbrella to encourage longer discussions about their products. The entire setup was made highly visible with the inclusion of a nearly 17-foot tall MONARCHFLAG by TentCraft, ensuring that the booth stood out and attracted attendees from across the expo, streamlining the traffic flow and enhancing the visitor experience.
Giant Bicycle and Liv Cycling’s Big Frame Tent Upgrade
Giant Bicycles and sister brand Liv Cycles upgraded from rental tents a year ago to four custom-printed 20x20 E-Series frame tents. The crisp printing and extra-tall peaks allowed the iconic cycling brand to hold a commanding presence in the northwest corner of the Sea Otter expo floor.
20x20 Shimano Bike Garage Using Pop-Up Tents
Shimano used four 10x10 MONARCHTENT models, complete with side walls, for their bike repair garage at Sea Otter. Shimano team members serviced bikes for racers competing in the weekend-long competition.
HydraPak’s 10x15 Custom Pop-Up Tent
At Sea Otter, HydraPak showed how capable a 10x15 MONARCHTENT can be for retail activations.
TentCraft’s Custom Truss and MONARCHTENT Booth
When you're the company in charge of building custom tents and structures for top brands at Sea Otter — AND — are also exhibiting at the show, you need to go all out.
That's why we paired our famous heavy-duty MONARCHTENT alongside a custom truss structure completely wrapped in printed stretch fabric. Inside the truss was a printed gallery wall that showed off our top work, along with messaging about the brands we activated at Sea Otter.
And like many top brands at the show, we included a MONARCHFLAG to make sure no one missed us.
