Photo Op For Encanto: The Sing Along Film Concert

When Encanto: The Sing Along Film Concert kicked off a 31-city tour, Live Nation knew that it was going to be a magical event. Disney film concerts pair a showing of a hit movie with live music performed by an on stage band. This family friendly event encourages the audience to join in and sing along, but how to make attendees feel like they are really a part of the family Madrigal? For that Live Nation turned to us to help create photo opportunities for fans that could stand up to the whirl-wind tour.
We created two unique photo areas using media walls and custom sized tents. We paired the 10x10 media wall featuring the entire Madrigal family with a MONARCHTENT, raising the ceiling height to 10'4" and raised the roof on a mightyTENT to accommodate an 8x8 media wall featuring a flower filled casita courtyard.
The resulting photo areas were a beautiful and engaging addition to the tour.
