Long story short, they needed a tent, and they needed it fast. Their company was activating at a charity event sponsored by the Denver Broncos, so it was a pretty big deal to say the least.
We created a completely custom 10x10 mightyTent with full digital canopy and (3) full digital half & full walls.
That's cool, but what made this project so unique?
Our sales rep, Jenn, had been in contact with the distillery several weeks prior to their event activation. After many back-and-forth conversations, the client decided to work with a different vendor, as their products were cheaper than ours.
So what happened next?
Well, two days before their event, Mystic Mountain Distillery called Jenn to explain their sticky situation. Turns out, the cheaper vendor they decided to work with offered poor customer service and couldn't get the project done in time, sending the distillery into a frenzied dash for help. Jenn assured the client we would take care of them, and we began working our magic immediately.
And the result?
Over the next 24 hours, Jenn collaborated with our team of project managers, artists, and producers to create a visually compelling, custom-made 10x10 mightyTent, which was delivered the next day. That's right, in one little day our team managed, designed, printed, produced, and shipped a project that arrived on time and ultimately wowed the socks off our client.
